E 266 EVALUTION

LINEAR MACHINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SOLES, SANDALS, GALOSHES, BOOTS AND TECHNICAL ITEMS IN ONE AND TWO COLORS INJECTED EVA.

The series of E 266 EVALUTION machines incorporates the whole experience and know-how that MAIN GROUP has accumulated in the EVA injection both in one colour and in thetwo colours.

• The whole design of the machine has seen the adoption of mechanical solutions oriented to significant energy savings.
  The examples are manifold, one among many the closing phase: a mechanism allows a considerable increase in the speed of movement thus obtaining a drastic reduction of time and flow rate of oil used, all to the advantage of quality in the final product and of productivity, as well as energy savings.
• In the E 266 EVALUTION, thanks to design solutions adopted for the whole hydraulic system and for the hydraulic unit, the dissipation of energy is very low so as not to require a refrigeration unit.
• The study and the technical design have led to the identification of 4 injectors as the optimal solution to allow great flexibility in the use of more colours during the production cycle of the machine.
